About the Studio
Based in Rochester, Minnesota, our studio is a space built around one principle: your tattoo should mean something. Not just look good — though that matters too — but carry weight, tell a story, and sit right on your body.
I've been practicing this craft for over a decade, and every year it deepens. What started as a fascination with the intersection of drawing and permanence has become a lifelong discipline. I work primarily in fine-line, black and grey realism, and traditional styles, and I approach every session with the same care I'd give my own skin.
We keep the studio appointment-only so every client gets uninterrupted time. No rush. No assembly-line feeling. Just you, the art, and the process of making something that stays with you.

A transparent, stress-free journey from your first message to your final session.
Email or call us with your idea — a theme, a reference, a feeling. Tell us where on your body you'd like it placed and roughly how large.
We'll discuss your vision in detail, answer your questions, and determine the best style and size for your piece. No pressure, no rush.
I create an original design based on our conversation and share it with you. We revise together until the composition feels exactly right.
You arrive, we get comfortable, and the art begins. Large pieces are spread across sessions so every detail gets the attention it deserves.

Absolutely — references are a great starting point. However, every piece is custom-designed for your body and your story. We'll use your references as inspiration and create something original that works specifically for your placement and skin tone.
Plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can go over any paperwork and health questions. Then we'll discuss your design, mark the placement, and begin. Large pieces are broken into sessions — we'd rather take our time than rush.
You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions and product recommendations before you leave the studio. The short version: keep it clean, keep it moisturized, avoid direct sun and soaking, and don't pick at healing skin. We're always available if you have questions during healing.
We work appointment-only to ensure every client receives uninterrupted, focused attention. Walk-ins aren't available, but scheduling is flexible and consultations are always welcome.
